6 Fun and Easy Snacks to Bring Out Your Creative Side

(This article is dedicated to Chinoys who love to decorate their food!)

Did you know that the food you eat affects your mood? Whenever you eat, your brain releases dopamine, which is also known as the “feel good” hormone.

But what if you could make this process even more fun?

Another activity that lights up the brain is art. Whether it’s making a drawing or making different colored flavors of ice cream, artistic food is both fun and delicious!

Here are some easy recipes that will help brighten up your day and give your body the energy boost it needs!

But did you know that this is a simple treat you can make by yourself with just sugar and baking soda?

The toffee-like treat can be decorated freely with any shape you want! Stars, umbrellas, and other shapes shown in the show are just the tip of the iceberg. With some creativity, the sky’s the limit! You can even add color to your dalgona candy by placing some jam on top.

Need cute food that will smile at you? Look no further than Japan for the answer!

Omurice is fried rice that is wrapped in egg omelette. Just like in maid cafés where the dish is often served, you can decorate your homemade omurice with ketchup or sriracha!  ♡ ٩(◕‿◕。)۶

Here is a full tutorial from Ochikeron, a YouTuber from Japan.

You can add even more furnishings by adding boiled broccoli or peas on your plate. Another nice finishing touch would be some small hotdog octopi to give your Omurice some friends!
