The Chinoy actress immediately expressed her gratitude for being named the newest brand ambassador of Shopee, one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.
“I opened the app and saw myself, I got so kilig! Over the moon pa rin, still can’t believe. Thank you, #ShopeePh. Truly an honor to represent [the] 10.10 brands festival,” Kim wrote in an Instagram post.
The famous actress, dubbed the Princess of Philippine Movies and TV, will feature in Shopee’s new TV commercial and several in-app activities.

Fans can look forward to more Kim Chiu content, such as behind-the-scenes videos on Shopee’s official YouTube and TikTok channels and Kim Chiu-themed Instagram stickers. Users can also interact with the actress herself during her Twitter takeover on Shopee’s official Twitter account this October 9.
Over the past months, other Shopee brand ambassadors include Chinoy actor Jackie Chan, veteran singer Jose Mari Chan, and TV personality Kris Aquino, among others.
