DLSU’s JEMA Forum was a Marketing Success

De La Salle University’s 45th Junior Entrepreneurs’ Marketing Association’s (JEMA) Marketing Forum 2021: Into the Virtual Unknown ended strong with 592 pre-registrations, 15,000 reach of Facebook and 62 fulfilled and successful central committee members.

The event was hosted by DLSU’s very own Rhett Chiu and Su Jin Kim and was then amped up with various social media activities such as a live online raffle and kahoot mini-games.

This was then proceeded by a talk given by the event’s keynote speakers, Alexander Bryan Go, Co-Founder of Kisomatic and one of JCI Manila’s  youngest member at 20 years old; Senen Perlada, Board of Advisors at Beebly and Chair of Subcommittee on external sector, PDP;  Jamico Jamlang, Chemical Engineering Graduate in UP Diliman and Managing Director of the Bamboo Company; and Ms. Latisha Tan, owner and founder of ByLatishaStudio, which is a fashion clothing e-commerce brand.

The talks were centered on the following topics: #EarnToReturn – Social Entrepreneurship, Fashionising the New Normal: How the Fashion Industry adapted and evolved through the pandemic as well as how it would fare after, Business Beyond Pandemic: Outlook on business management after the pandemic, and E-volving with E-commerce: Promotion and sales through e-commerce.

The committee was able to deliver a quality event that showed the community that marketing is a very versatile field and there is so much potential waiting to be recognized that may pave way not only to one’s successful career but also the sustainability of our environment and our world.
