Healthy Snacks You Can Eat When Studying or Working Late

Going online is the new normal, whether it’s for school, seminars, work, or even for get-togethers. But staying up late for work or school isn’t really new. Even before the pandemic, most of us have already stayed up late because of assignments, unfinished work, and sometimes watching Korean and Chinese telenovelas.
Here are some healthy snacks you can have while staying up late studying or working:
1. Greenmax Cereal Drink
Greenmax is a Food and Beverage Company from Taiwan where they sell healthy yet delicious products. Their beverages are all made of natural oats, grains, nuts, and cereal and are perfect for breakfast or a light snack. They use Non-GMO ingredients, and they have no preservatives, food colorants, trans-fat and artificial flavor. This snack-ish drink is delicious and effective in giving you an energy boost.
As of now, they have six different flavors available in the Philippines, namely Original Caramel Milk Oatmeal, Black Sesame Milk Oatmeal, Black Soybean and Multi Grains Cereal, Flaxseed and Black Sesame Nuts Cereal, Flaxseed and Black Soybean Nuts Cereal, and Flaxseed and Adlay Nuts Cereal. I personally recommend the Black Sesame Milk Oatmeal, my favorite out of all the flavors!
This cereal drink is available on Shopee and Lazada. For updates, check out their Facebook page.
