Hilton Manila’s Hua Yuan restaurant rolls out Yum Cha buffet every weekend

Hilton Manila’s award-winning dining destination, Hua Yuan—Brasserie Chinoise pays homage to the famed Chinese tradition of savoring dim sum with tea through a specially curated all-you-can-eat Yum Cha menu.

Foodies and avid restaurant patrons will be spoilt for choice with 30 authentic and impressive dim sum selections, intricately prepared by dim sum expert Chef Dai Fang and Chinese cuisine advocate resident Chef Kevin Xu. This alluring showcase of traditional and contemporary flavors features a refined variety of steamed and deep-fried dim sum; light and rich soups; and tasteful and hot desserts, among others.

To make your family gatherings and celebrations even more memorable and intimate, Hua Yuan offers three private and spacious dining rooms (good for 6 up to 12 persons) with reduced seating capacities to accommodate physical distancing protocols.
