For the Go family, their business Go Traktora is not just about selling the best agri-machinery and equipment — although they do that too — it’s about walking alongside their customers and partners to achieve their goals for their businesses.

“Our tagline is ‘Sa Bawat Hakbang, Kasama Mo,’ and that has a lot of meaning in our operations,” shared Ralph Go, Go Traktora’s VP for Sales and Business Development. “Our mission is to care for our customers and partners. We want to provide the best equipment and the best after sales service.”

Standing on the future

Go Traktora traces its roots from 1990, when Reynaldo and Susan Go started the mother company by selling diesel engines and used tractors with just a small 100 sq/m office. In 1995, they became a dealer of Kubota. In 2008, they were given the opportunity to sell brand new tractors, so they officially launched Go Traktora. Two years later, in 2010, they became a dealer of the combined harvester of Kubota, in 2013 they became the official distributor of Sonalika, and in 2019, they became an official distributor of John Deere Tractors. Handling these three brands — the top three tractor brands world wide — Go Traktora has set itself apart from other companies selling agri-machinery. They are also the exclusive distributor of H Barber Beach Cleaner which all of the top beach resorts and beach destinations have to clean debris off the sand.

Go Traktora has come a long way from its tiny office in 1990. Its headquarters now stand in a 10-hectare property in Tarlac and the second generation of the Go family have joined their parents’ business. Under the leadership of their father, Reynaldo Go as Go Traktora’s president, Ralph and his siblings have stepped up into different leadership positions in the growing family business. Ralph’s sister Stephanie is the Vice President for Financial Operations; their youngest brother Ransel handles IT and the Research and Development department.

“I’m grateful that I’m not in this business on my own, but with my family,” Ralph said. “We’re not just doing it for our family, we are also doing it for our customers, our employees, and for our society. I believe this equipment will help farmers grow their business more by giving the newer generation the hope and the idea that farming can be simple, sustainable, and profitable at the same time.”

Things are only getting bigger for Go Traktora. They have just moved into their new head office and grand showroom in Tarlac, the next phase is building an industrial park. “We want to help the agricultural sector by providing education, innovation, collaboration, and integration,” Ralph shared.

Whether you are a rice or sugarcane harvester seeking to grow and develop your agricultural operations, a construction professional in need of reliable machinery supplies, or a resort owner looking to enhance your guests’ experience, Go Traktora is your one-stop-shop for all your agricultural and industrial equipment needs.
