CHiNOY TV and Cignal TV Forge Strategic Partnership, Bringing “Chinese by Blood, Filipino by Heart Season 5” to One News
CHiNOY TV and Cignal TV have announced a strategic partnership, marking a significant moment for both platforms. This collaboration will bring the well-loved documentary series, Chinese by Blood, Filipino by Heart: Dugong Tsino, Pusong Pinoy, to Cignal TV subscribers via One News. The announcement coincides with CHiNOY TV’s 14th anniversary, which will be celebrated on October 10, marking a significant milestone for both platforms in their mission to deliver enriching and culturally relevant content to Chinoy and Filipino audiences.
The contract signing between CHiNOY TV and Cignal TV solidifies this partnership, which aims to highlight the stories of successful CHiNOY personalities and the unique blend of Filipino and Chinese cultures. The 30-minute program has already made a name for itself as an inspiring series that dives into family traditions, entrepreneurship, and community involvement within the Chinese-Filipino community.
Henry Tan, Chairman of CHiNOY TV, shared his excitement about the partnership. “We are excited to join forces with Cignal TV. This partnership will allow us to reach a much wider audience and share our stories with more Filipino viewers.”

With four episodes already aired, the fifth episode of Chinese by Blood, Filipino by Heart is set to premiere on October 6, 2024, featuring content creator Benedict Cua. The series airs every Sunday at 8 PM on Cignal TV channels 8 SD and 250 HD, with replays on Saturdays at 8:30 PM.
