Despite the proven challenges of transitioning to the online setting, De La Salle University’s (DLSU) BLAZE2022 Batch Government strives to maintain consistency in their activities and advocacies.
In line with the vision to maximize the potential for an excellence-driven BLAZE2022, the Ramon V. del Rosario College of Business Batch Government is set to launch yet another student-led initiative this coming November, entitled Beyond BLAZE: Leaders of Our Generation.
The month-long project aims to provide its delegates opportunities to explore and immerse in the different areas of leadership through a series of webinars, online workshops, and to top it all off, case competitions. Both local and international speakers and professionals are expected to join towards delving into four key categories of leadership to be officially held live on Facebook:
Advocacy Leadership: Voyaging to a Leadership with the Heart and Mind — emphasizing that success is not measured by the job itself but is heavily dependent on one’s impact at work;
Leadership in Politics: Transforming Engagement of Youth in Politics — addresses social aspects of fairness and how power is manifested in the real world;
Leadership in Media: Going Above and Beyond — highlights how social media platforms play an important role in disseminating, innovating, and competing in an ever-changing market;
and Business Leadership: Skyrocketing to the Top — focuses on facets of effective leadership management in an organization to accomplish key business goals.
Beyond BLAZE believes in providing you with the platform to discover, maximize, and hone your potential, no matter the college you’re in or whichever career you may plan to pursue. With the wide array of opportunities lined up for all current DLSU undergraduate students, the project is dedicated to diversify the youth society through branches of leadership whilst navigating a changing world of global forces.
