Although attending college isn’t necessary to achieve fame, some celebrities still choose to pursue higher education. Because of their status in life, we tend to forget that they were once students like us who experienced stress, burnout, and stayed up all night.
Here’s a list of Chinoy celebrities who went to college:
1) Kris Aquino

Before she was dubbed the “Queen of All Media,” Kris Aquino was once a student at Ateneo de Manila University taking up AB English Literature. She received her diploma in 1992.
2) Xian Lim

Xian Lim was not only a Business Management major at the University of the East, but he was also a UE Red Warrior.
3) Kim Chiu

Last 2015, the “Chinita Princess” decided to go back to school and finish her education. She enrolled herself at the University of the Philippines, taking up business management.
4) Alodia Gosiengfiao

Alodia, who is known for her cosplays, is another alumnus who studied at Ateneo de Manila University. She graduated in 2009, earning her diploma in BFA Information Design.
