Here are the well-loved brands that will be serving Chinese delights at Ayala Malls Cloverleaf from February 12 to 14, 2021:

Midnight Bakers

These bakers have a passion for buns and bread, and they’re ready to share their baked goods with you! The freshly baked goods are a mix of classic and original creations, like asado bun clusters, chicken pie, and bola-bola bun, just to name a few.

 

Chopsticks & Spoon

Chopsticks and Spoon will serve freshly cooked favorites, like siomai, siopao, mantao, tikoy, and even almond lychee. Consider us excited!

Melody started off making baked goods for her kids. She thought she would only make her pastries for them, but she began to sell her version of Portuguese Egg tarts. Her Hong Kong staple, Classic Portuguese Egg tarts, will be available at her stall, along with Premium Ube Egg Tarts — a definite must try for ube fans!
