Globaltronics, one of the country’s leaders in digital innovation, is transforming several of the spaces owned by The Performing Arts Recreation Center (PARC) Foundation into what it describes as the first ‘truly digital events place’ in the Philippines.
To be formally launched via Zoom on October 29, 2020 (2:00 p.m.), the ‘Digital Events Place @ The PARC‘ is designed to be a one-stop digital events place that will help businesses and individuals get a semblance of normalcy during this COVID-19 pandemic. It will be a place for entrepreneurs and companies, big or small, struggling to promote their businesses in these trying times.
For the past 18 years, Globaltronics has been the leading channel for enlightening people’s lives through digital solutions. One of Southeast Asia’s leading full-service digital out-of-home (DOOH) and place-based media companies, it has installed massive LED billboards that are iconic landmarks along EDSA, Gil Puyat Avenue, Ortigas Avenue, C-5, and Macapagal Boulevard. It has also installed digital monuments in various areas nationwide including sites in Cavite, Cebu, Davao, and Mindoro, among others.
The PARC Foundation is a private non-stock, non-profit organization committed to harnessing the power of the performing arts to transform lives. It was founded by the late businessman Wilmer Guido whose dream was to put up a performing arts center to help people, especially the underprivileged youth and struggling local artists, pursue their passions and fulfill their dreams. Globaltronics and The PARC Foundation are both members of the Guido Group of Companies (GGC).

Since 2015, Globaltronics has been fully supporting The PARC Foundation in fulfilling the dreams of the underprivileged youth by providing educational assistance and free performing arts training through its flagship program ‘PARCAralan.’ The program, along with the foundation’s all other initiatives, has been temporarily put on hold since the implementation of the quarantine measures. Its premises have also been temporarily closed in accordance with protocols.

Thus, the partnership has devised ways to utilize technology, their human talents, and their physical assets to help businesses and individuals get a semblance of normalcy in these disruptive times. The ‘Digital Events Place @ The PARC’ will serve the physical events requirements of businesses, entrepreneurs, and even families and individuals while observing the mandated basic health and safety protocols.
