It’s the season of giving! In partnership with Globe myBusiness, CHiNOY TV and CHiNOY Cares recently launched CHiNOY Gives, a project where people were invited to nominate a charity or cause of their choice on Facebook. From there, the chosen cause would get a donation from a local business. This year’s winner is Project PEARLS, an organization that caters to the educational, nutritional, and financial needs of children from underserved local communities.
Project PEARLS also aims to give educational scholarship opportunities to underprivileged children and daily feeding drives to improve and support the health of the children and their families.
CHiNOY TV and CHiNOY Cares turned over food supplies for 50 families in Tondo, Manila. Present during the handover were Jay-r Panagsagan of Project PEARLS, Jeremiah Tomas of CHiNOY Cares, and CHiNOY TV representatives. Participating brands include Clara Ole of Sysu International, Inc., Mega Global Corporation, TheBasics’ Peanut Butter, Silka, Molina and Sons.
