CHiNOY TV and Bilyonaryo News Channel Forge Strategic Partnership, Bringing “Chinese by Blood, Global by Heart” to a Wider Audience
CHiNOY TV 菲華電視台 and Bilyonaryo News Channel have signed a partnership to launch Chinese by Blood, Global by Heart, a 3-part documentary series premiering on June 29, 2025. The collaboration was formalized on June 10, 2025, in time for the 50th anniversary of Philippines-China diplomatic relations and CHiNOY TV’s 15th anniversary.
The series is an international adaptation of Chinese by Blood, Filipino by Heart and will feature 20 overseas Chinese from the Mr. and Ms. Chinatown Global Year 1. It explores how their Chinese heritage and local cultures have shaped their identities.

Alvin Kingson Tan, CEO of CHiNOY TV, shared the vision behind the series, saying,“For June, we’re launching Chinese by Blood, Global by Heart. So basically, it’s an international adaptation of the Chinese by Blood, Filipino by Heart, where we’re featuring 20 overseas Chinese who were part of the Mr, and Ms. Chinatown Global Year 1. We’ll be showcasing their stories and how their local culture and Chinese background impacted the kind of individuals they are.”

Chinese by Blood, Global by Heart will premiere on June 29, 2025, at 8:30 PM on Bilyonaryo News Channel. Viewers can watch the series on Free TV Channel 31, Cignal Channel 24, Converge Channel 74, and SkyCable Channel 33. New episodes will air every Sunday at 8:30 PM, with replays every Saturday at 8:30PM.
