Seng Di Feature: 3 Shops for Decadent Cookies, Brownies, and More!

Providing another chance for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to shine, CHiNOY TV teams up with Fil-Chi Ho Tsia Ho Dim to present the Seng Di Feature series, a project that puts the spotlight on local businesses, chefs, food photographers, and food videographers.

With the Christmas season coming up, there is surely no better time to relax and indulge in our favorite desserts. For today’s Seng Di feature, we’re going back to the decadent basics — cookies and brownies!

The Corner One/’s take on everyone’s favorite snacks uses reduced sugar, but that doesn’t make it any less heavenly! As the brainchild of academic-turned-baker Tiffany Ong, this home-based desserts store is a result of some very hands-on and passionate baking. All treats are baked in small batches with the utmost care to ensure the decadent quality of every bite!

One taste and you’ll know that The Corner One/ doesn’t scrimp on ingredients,” Ong said. “What goes into the desserts is exactly what you will get!”

WHAT TO TRY: The Corner One/’s best-selling specialties are its Soft Choco Chip Cookies (Half Dozen – P200, One Dozen – P380) and its Revel Bars with Walnuts (P550). Other tasty items include the Chocolate Crinkles (Half Dozen – P200, One Dozen – P380), S’mores Choco Chip Cookies (8 pcs – P480), and Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownies with Walnuts (P600).
