Catch the Chinese Spring Festival Live-Streaming Event by Kumu

In line with the Chinese New Year, the well-known and largest Filipino live-streaming app Kumu is set to hold a Chinese Spring Festival celebration on February 11-12 that aims to bring the Chinese-Filipino community together.
Starting on 6PM on February 11, Thursday, to 12AM on February 12, Friday, Kumu’s Fil-Chi family will be live-streaming the festival filled with fun activities and performances on their app. The event caters to Kumu users around the globe, most especially Chinoys who are invited to celebrate their culture with the rest of the Chinese-Filipino community on the app.
“Our main advocate is to assemble and coalesce with people who share values as a Filipino-Chinese on Kumu,” shared Jeremy Wong, the co-admin of the Kumu Fil-Chi Family.
Together with Wong, Jeffrey Ching, family founder and leader; David Jhon Sy; and Khris Uy are spearheading the event.
Kumu is a video sharing online platform and an e-commerce social networking service owned and developed by Kumumedia Technologies, Inc. Launched in 2018, it’s a social media platform used to live-stream content and help empower thousands of Filipinos, including Chinoys, to express themselves and socialize with a community digitally. Since then, celebrities and brands have been using the platform to gain followers and publicity.
